Ingredients:
250g of water spinach
4g of small chili peppers, 15g of minced garlic, 5g of chopped green onion, 5g of ginger slices, 15g of oyster sauce, 40g of sweet chili sauce, 30g of peanut oil

Equipment:

Instructions:

  1. Wash and trim the water spinach, removing any old parts, and cut it into 13cm long sections.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (4g of small chili peppers, 15g of minced garlic, 5g of chopped green onion, 5g of ginger slices, 15g of oyster sauce, 40g of sweet chili sauce, 30g of peanut oil).

  3. Place the water spinach in the container and evenly pour the prepared seasoning mixture over it.
