Cut the water tofu into 222cm cubes. Rehydrate 8g of dried kelp in advance.

In the glass pot, add 800g of water and 12g of bonito flakes. Use the "Boil Bonito Flakes" function on the stove to cook.

After cooking, remove the bonito flakes and slowly dissolve 50g of miso in the bonito broth with a strainer. Then, add tofu, rehydrated kelp, and 10g of mirin.
