Ingredients: 250g of water tofu, 80g of rehydrated kelp (8g dried), 800g of water

Seasoning: 12g of bonito flakes, 50g of miso, 10g of mirin, 2.5g of chopped green onion, 1g of toasted white sesame seeds

Equipment: Glass pot, ceramic bowl, shallow Hanpu cooking pot

Instructions:

  1. Cut the water tofu into 222cm cubes. Rehydrate 8g of dried kelp in advance.

  2. In the glass pot, add 800g of water and 12g of bonito flakes. Use the "Boil Bonito Flakes" function on the stove to cook.

  3. After cooking, remove the bonito flakes and slowly dissolve 50g of miso in the bonito broth with a strainer. Then, add tofu, rehydrated kelp, and 10g of mirin.

  4. Cook in the wan AIChef.

5. After cooking, add chopped green onion (2.5g) and toasted white sesame seeds (1g) before serving.
