Ingredients: 300g of white rice, 1 can (400ml) of coconut milk, 100g of pineapple flesh, 80g of shrimp, 30g of green peas, 30g of Chinese sausage

Rice Preparation: 600g of Thai jasmine rice, 600g of water, 1 can (400ml) of coconut milk

Seasoning: 20g of peanut oil, 20g of pure water, 5g of light soy sauce, 1g of salt, 5g of oyster sauce, 1g of dark soy sauce, 2g of curry powder

Equipment: Glass pot

Instructions:

  1. Rinse 600g of Thai jasmine rice in a glass pot, drain, and add 600g of water and 1 can (400ml) of coconut milk. Set the stove to the "Rice/Congee" function and cook. Once finished, let it cool, then refrigerate overnight.

  2. For the next day, break up the refrigerated rice by hand. Peel and devein the shrimp, slice the Chinese sausage, and hollow out half of the pineapple, saving the shell intact. Cut the pineapple flesh into small pieces.

  3. In a container, add 20g of peanut oil, 20g of pure water, shrimp, green peas, and Chinese sausage. Use the stove to identify the "Pea Shrimp Sausage Stir-fry" function to pre-cook the mixture.

4. After cooking, remove and drain the mixture. Then add 5g of light soy sauce, 1g of salt, 5g of oyster sauce, 1g of dark soy sauce, 2g of curry powder, the chilled rice, and pineapple. Mix everything thoroughly.

5. Cook the mixture in the wan AIChef by selecting the "Pineapple Fried Rice" function.

6. Once cooking is complete, serve the fried rice in the hollowed-out pineapple shell and enjoy.
