Ingredients: 1-2 pieces of cod fish

Marinade: 0.5g pepper powder, 1.5g salt, 3g steamed fish soy sauce, 2g oil

Cooking Oil: 3g oil, 5g ginger slices

Cookware:

  • 10-inch flat clay pot

  • 8-inch ceramic plate

  • Glass pot

  • HanPu cooking pot (shallow)

Instructions:

1. Marinate the fish: Evenly coat the fish with pepper powder and salt, then rub 2g of oil on the fish.

2. Add 3g of oil to the bottom of the pan, place ginger slices, and then lay the marinated fish on top.

3. Cook in the Wan AIChef

Serve and enjoy once cooking is complete.
