Minced garlic 6g, fermented black beans 8g, soy sauce 20g, salt 1.5g, dark soy sauce 0.2g (1-2 drops), pepper powder 0.5g, oil 20g, shredded green onion 4g, minced ginger 4g, small chili peppers 3g, steamed fish soy sauce 3g, water 5g, onion 20g
1. Chop the 8g of fermented black beans, and slice the 20g onion.
