Instructions:

  1. Peel and devein the shrimp, then butterfly them. Remove any remaining veins and pat dry with paper towels.

  2. Mix the shrimp with the seasoning (salt 1g, oyster sauce 2g, soy sauce 2.5g, oil 5g, white pepper powder 0.5g, cornstarch 1g, diced green pepper 10g).

  3. In a cooking container, combine minced garlic (60g), oil (15g), butter (10g), and dried chili (2g). Stir evenly, then use the "Self-Cooking" mode on high heat for 3 minutes.

4. After cooking, immediately add the marinated shrimp to the sautéed garlic mixture and mix well.
