On December 11, wan AIChef, China Agricultural University’s Institute of Nutrition and Health, and Yangxiang Co., Ltd. officially signed a five-year strategic cooperation agreement, launching the Nutrition and Dietary Health Innovation Research project and unveiling the Nutrition and Dietary Health Innovation Research Center. This collaboration marks a significant step forward for wan AIChef in promoting healthy eating and optimizing national dietary structures through technological innovation.

The research center will be supported by a team of experts led by Academician Ren Fazheng, a professor at China Agricultural University and a member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. At the signing ceremony, wan AIChef and the Institute of Nutrition and Health at China Agricultural University signed cooperation agreements for projects including "Research and Evaluation of the Nutrition, Health, Quality, and Safety of Microwave Cooking" and "Development of a Nutrition and Health Dietary Recommendation System and Its Application for Individuals with High Blood Sugar and High Cholesterol."

During the on-site exchange, Academician Ren Fazheng, a Professor at China Agricultural University and Member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, emphasized that "Lifestyle is a critical factor influencing health and nutritional longevity, with dietary patterns accounting for 60% of its impact."

Wang Pengjie, Deputy Secretary and Distinguished Researcher at the Institute of Nutrition and Health of China Agricultural University, also pointed out, "70% of China’s population is in a sub-health state, with obesity, diabetes, and hypertension rates as high as 8%, 10%, and 20%, respectively. These conditions pose significant challenges to national well-being and social progress. According to WHO research, for every 1 yuan invested in nutritional health, 8.5 yuan is saved in medical treatment costs, and 100 yuan is saved in emergency care expenses. Nutrition-based health interventions have gained widespread international consensus as a key health-promoting strategy"
