Ingredients: Whole chicken leg (bone removed)

Seasoning: 3g Kikkoman light soy sauce, 1g dark soy sauce, 1g sesame oil, 0.5g five-spice powder, 8g mirin, 0.5g salt, 5g water, 0.5g cornstarch, 1 slice of ginger (1g)

Cookware: 8-inch ceramic plate

Instructions:

  1. Debone the whole chicken leg.

  2. In a small bowl, mix all seasonings (soy sauces, sesame oil, five-spice powder, mirin, salt, water, cornstarch, and ginger slice) until well combined.

  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken and mix well to marinate evenly.

4. Place it into the appliance, then use the voice command or search function to select the "Teriyaki Chicken" program and start cooking.

Serve and enjoy once cooking is complete.
