Cooking Ingredients: 1g of salt, 15g of corn oil, 50g of water


Instructions:

  1. Freeze the marbled beef block, then slice thinly using a slicer. Thaw for 30 minutes. Thaw the fatty beef rolls for 30 minutes. Cut the onion and carrot into strips of similar size.

  2. In a small bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (25g of Japanese Marukin light soy sauce, 0.5g of pepper powder, 2g of dark soy sauce, 10g of light soy sauce, 1g of cornstarch, 2g of sugar, 0.5g of salt, 5g of glutinous rice vinegar, 5g of oyster sauce, 15g of mirin, 10g of corn oil, 70g of water). Set aside.

  3. Place the sliced onion and carrot in a container. Add 1g of salt, 2g of sugar, 15g of corn oil, and 50g of water. Stir well and cook using the "self-cooking" mode on medium heat for 3 minutes.

  4. Add the thawed beef slices to the cooked onion and carrot mixture. Then, pour the prepared sauce over and mix well.

5. Cook in the wan AIChef.

6. Once cooked, serve the beef mixture over a bowl of rice and enjoy!
