Marinade: 2g soy sauce, 3g oyster sauce, 5g cooking wine, 0.5g pepper, 1g salt, 3g cornstarch, 10g oil
Seasoning: 1g salt, 8g oil, 35g milk, 35g water
Equipment: Glass pot, Wan AIChef deep cooking pot

Marinate the chicken thighs for 15 minutes.

In a separate container, mix the seasoning with the vegetables, then add the marinated chicken thighs and mix well.
