Instructions:

  1. Chop onion 100g, tomato 50g, eggplant 50g, zucchini 50g, garlic 15g, basil leaves 10g, and thyme 3g into small pieces.

  2. Slice eggplant 230g, zucchini 200g, and tomato 350g into 0.2-0.4 cm thick slices.

  3. Mix the chopped ingredients with olive oil 30g and salt 2g, then evenly spread the mixture at the bottom of the container.
