Equipment: Glass pot, Wan AIChef deep cooking pot

Instructions:

1. Dice the potatoes, carrots, and onions. Slice the tomatoes and cut the broccoli into small florets.

2. In the glass pot, add 30g of peanut oil, then stir in the diced potatoes, carrots, onions, sliced tomatoes, and broccoli. Mix well.

3. Place in the wan AIChef and cook on medium-high power (700W) for 15 minutes.

4. After cooking, add the curry powder (break the curry blocks into smaller pieces), 0.5g of white pepper, 10g of tomato paste, and 300g of water. Use the "Potato Vegetable Curry" cooking program. Pause when there's 1 minute left and add the broccoli, then resume cooking until complete.

5. Stir well before serving.
