Ingredients: 500g pork ribs

Instructions:
1. Cut the pork ribs into chunks. Rinse several times with water to remove surface grease, then soak in water for 30 minutes to draw out the blood. After soaking, rinse thoroughly and drain well.
2. Place the prepared ribs into a container and add the ingredients (40g rock sugar, 15g light soy sauce, 5g dark soy sauce, 2g salt, 15g cooking wine, 10g ginger slices, half a star anise, 1 bay leaf, 5g oil, 35g white vinegar, 4g starch, 30g water). Mix well.
