Ingredient: Mussels (500g), onion (30g), white wine (60g)

Seasoning:

  1. Butter (45g), sliced garlic (10g), sliced ginger (10g), sliced bird’s eye chili (5g)

  2. Rosemary (3g), sugar (3g), light soy sauce (10g), oyster sauce (5g), cornstarch (3g), salt (1g)

Equipment: 8-inch ceramic plate, glass pot, 10-inch ceramic plate

Instructions:

  1. Clean the mussels thoroughly, scrubbing the shells to remove impurities. Dice the onion into 1 cm cubes and cut rosemary into 2–3 cm pieces.

  2. In a container, add the diced onion, sliced butter (try to slice thin), garlic, ginger, and chili. Use the self-cook mode on medium-high heat for 3 minutes in wan AIChef.

3. After cooking, add the mussels, white wine, and remaining seasonings (rosemary, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and salt). Mix well.

4. Cook in the Wan AIChef.

Serve and enjoy once cooking is complete.
