Scope: This policy applies to all products of wan AIChef ultra purchased through the official wan AIChef global website (www.global.wanaichef.com). wan AIChef is committed to providing users worldwide with a safe, convenient, and transparent after-sales experience.
I. Product Warranty & Return Policy
1. Warranty Policy
a. Warranty Period: Two years from the date of receipt. If a product experiences non-man-made quality issues within this period, wan AIChef will provide free repair service.
b. Eligibility:
- Applies only to products purchased via the official wan AIChef website.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice, order number, or other verifiable information) is required.
c. The following situations are not covered under free warranty:
- Damage caused by natural disasters (lightning, fire, earthquake, floods, etc.) or force majeure (e.g., abnormal voltage);
- Damage caused by environmental factors (e.g., insect infestation);
- Damage caused by improper operation or maintenance (e.g., using metal utensils or violating user instructions);
- Damage resulting from unauthorized repair centers or self-disassembly by users.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
a. Return Period:
- European Union: Within 14 days of receipt, customers may request a return and full refund without providing a reason, provided that the product meets the conditions below.
- Other Countries / Regions: No-reason returns or refunds are not accepted.
b. Exchange Period:
Within 14 days of receipt, customers may request an exchange if the product has a verified quality issue (e.g., device malfunction or safety concern) or a shipping error, provided that the product meets the conditions below.
c. Return / Exchange Conditions:
- The product is unused and remains in its original condition.
- The product has no linked cooking records.
- The original packaging and all accessories are intact.
- No damage caused by improper installation or use.
c. Shipping Responsibility (Applicable only where returns are permitted)
- For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., “change of mind,” “no longer needed”), the customer bears the return shipping costs.
- For returns due to product quality issues or shipping errors, wan AIChef covers the shipping costs.
d. Refund Process
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, customers will be notified via email of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 – 14 business days and issued to the original payment method.
II. Software & Service Upgrades
wan AIChef provides lifetime free software updates for all eligible devices.
III. Supplementary Provisions & Disclaimers
1. This policy takes effect on January 1, 2025. wan AIChef reserves the right to amend this policy as required by applicable laws and market conditions. The latest version published on the official website of Shenzhen Wan AIChef Technology Co., Ltd. (www.global.wanaichef.com) shall prevail.
2. If this policy conflicts with the laws or regulations of the customer’s country or region, the local laws and regulations shall prevail, and wan AIChef will make appropriate adjustments.
3. Due to regional, logistical, or distribution differences, certain after-sales services may vary based on local policies. For products not purchased through the official wan AIChef website, the after-sales terms of the authorized local distributor shall apply.
4. The final interpretation right of this policy belongs to Shenzhen Wan AIChef Technology Co., Ltd.
