Ingredients: 150g of pasta, 40g of onion, 40g of celery, 40g of carrot, 1 fresh tomato, 30g of peeled garlic, 50g of ground beef, 50g of ground pork

Seasoning A: 20g of olive oil, 9g of salt, 3g of sugar

Seasoning B: 0.4g of black pepper, 330g of water, 40g of butter, 100g of tomato paste, 2g of sweet paprika, 1g of cornstarch

Equipment: Glass pot, wan AIChef

Instructions:

  1. Peel the tomato (score the skin with a cross, blanch in boiling water to peel), then dice the onion, celery, carrot, and tomato. Mince the garlic.

  2. Place the diced onion, celery, carrot, tomato, ground pork, ground beef, minced garlic, and seasoning A (olive oil, salt, and sugar) into a glass pot. Stir well, then cook in "Self-cooking" mode on medium-high (700W) for 15 minutes. After cooking, add seasoning B (black pepper, water, butter, tomato paste, sweet paprika, and cornstarch). Stir well and transfer to Wan AIChef, selecting the "Italian Meat Sauce Pasta" recipe to cook.

3. Meanwhile, cook 150g of pasta (cut into 15cm lengths to fit the pot) in a glass pot with 700g of water, 8g of olive oil, and 5g of salt. Set to "Boil Pasta" in wan AIChef.

4. After the pasta is cooked, drain the water and transfer to a plate. Pour the meat sauce over the pasta and serve.
