Ingredients: 1–8 sausages
Seasoning: 10g of oil
Equipment: 8-inch ceramic plate, Glass pot or flat clay pot

Instructions:

  1. After defrosting the sausages, make shallow diagonal cuts on both sides.

  2. Add 10g of oil to the plate, then place the scored sausages on it.

  3. Put the plate into the Wan AIChef, search for the “Grilled Sausage/Reheat Sausage” program, and cook using the “Default” texture setting.
