Ingredients: 200g corn, 100g carrot, 300g pork ribs, 700g water
Seasonings: 3g salt, 1g mushroom seasoning (Songxianxian), 0.5g white pepper powder, 8g red dates (halved), 2g goji berries, 6g ginger slices, 3g cooking wine, 700g water
Cooking Tools: Glass pot, large ceramic bowl

Instructions:

1. Cut the corn into 2cm-wide pieces, chop the pork ribs into 3×5cm pieces, and cut the carrots into 2×3cm chunks.

2. Add enough water to cover the ribs, along with 10g ginger slices and 5g cooking wine. Place them into the appliance and use the voice command to select the "Blanch Meat" program. Once done, remove the ribs and rinse them clean.

3. In a container, add the cleaned ribs, corn, and carrots, then add the seasonings (3g salt, 1g mushroom seasoning, 0.5g white pepper, 8g halved red dates, 2g goji berries, 6g ginger slices, 3g cooking wine, 700g water) and mix well.

4. Place the container into the wan AIChef to cook.
