Ingredient: One steak (approx. 200g), asparagus 100g
Marinade: cornstarch 2g, light soy sauce 10g, dark soy sauce 1g, oyster sauce 5g, crushed black pepper 3g, peanut oil 30g, Oil: 15g

Instructions:

  1. Prep: Tenderize both sides of the steak with a meat mallet until about 0.5 cm thick, trimming the outer membrane. Trim the tough ends off the asparagus and cut into 8–15 cm sections.

  2. Marinate: Mix marinade ingredients (cornstarch, soy sauces, oyster sauce, black pepper, peanut oil) in a bowl, then marinate the steak for 5 minutes. (For larger steaks, increase marinade proportionally.)

  3. In a separate bowl, mix asparagus with 15g of oil. Place the marinated steak on a 10-inch ceramic plate, and arrange asparagus alongside it.

4. Cook in the Wan AIChef.

Serve and enjoy once cooking is complete.
