Ingredients: 1–3 lamb chops
1. For pre-seasoned lamb chops:
No need to marinate.
2. For fresh (unseasoned) lamb chops, marinade includes:
1g ground cumin, 1g cumin seeds, 2g BBQ seasoning, 1.5g chili flakes, 1g white sesame seeds, 5g chili oil, 3g oyster sauce, 15g oil, 5g cooking wine
Cookware: Flat clay pot
Instructions:
1. Pre-seasoned lamb chops: Once fully defrosted, place 1–3 pieces into the flat clay pot and cook directly in the wan AIChef.
2. Fresh lamb chops: In the flat clay pot, mix all marinade ingredients (1g ground cumin, 1g cumin seeds, 2g BBQ seasoning, 1.5g chili flakes, 1g white sesame seeds, 5g chili oil, 3g oyster sauce, 15g oil, 5g cooking wine) evenly. Add 1–3 lamb chops and use a brush to coat them evenly. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Place into the wan AIChef to cook.
Serve and enjoy once cooking is complete.
