Ingredients: Pork belly: 160g, Button mushrooms: 160g, Carrot: 40g

Marinade for pork belly: Peanut oil: 2g, Light soy sauce: 2g, Oyster sauce: 2g, Dark soy sauce: 3g, Ground white pepper: 0.3g, Sugar: 0.5g

Additional seasoning: Minced garlic: 5g, Cornstarch: 1g, Sugar: 0.5g, Salt: 0.5g, Oyster sauce: 3g, Light soy sauce: 3g

Recommended cookware: Glass pot, Flat clay pot, Hanpu shallow cooker

Instructions:

1. Slice the pork belly thinly, slice the mushrooms, and cut the carrots into strips.

2. In a separate container, mix the pork belly slices with the marinade ingredients (2g peanut oil, 2g light soy sauce, 2g oyster sauce, 3g dark soy sauce, 0.3g ground pepper, 0.5g sugar). Let it marinate for 5 minutes.

3. In the cooking container, add the mushroom slices and carrot strips, then mix with the seasoning (5g minced garlic, 1g starch, 0.5g sugar, 0.5g salt, 3g oyster sauce, 3g light soy sauce) and stir well.

4. Evenly spread the marinated pork belly on top of the mushroom mixture.

5. Place the dish into the wan AIChef to cook.
